Variable Needle System
The VNS solution is a labour saving alternative to cable ties, twist ties, blister packs, clam shells, skin packs and tape.
Dual, variable needles insert the Elastic Staple Fastener through the card stock or material being fastened for a flexible, yet secure application. With no sharp edges, Elastic Staple Fasteners reduce the risk of damage and injury. Products stay securely fastened and look more appealing at retail. Unlike twist ties, E.S. Fasteners are faster to apply and easier to remove. In addition to substantially lowering material costs the VNS is ideal for integration in just about any automated packaging line. It is more environmentally friendly than alternative methods.
